Helfer supplies solid carbide drill blanks. Order any size from .009 inches to 1.000 inches in diameter and up to 8-inch lengths. Both English and Metric sizes are available. Many non-standard sizes are in stock; for example, .0225, .0885 and .098 inches.
Six to ten micro finish is standard and our standard tolerance is ±.0002 inches. Tolerances of ±.0001 inches are available upon request.
We also supply the electronics industry with precision single-end and double-end test pins. Tolerances available are to + .0001 and — .0000 inches. Six to ten micro finish is standard with lengths to our customer’s specifications. All test pins conform to military specifications.
